Looking For Some Help On Accessing ‘log In’ Websites Please?

Hi All,
I’m after a little advice please from someone who knows a lot more about computers than I.
I have been having trouble logging into certain websites after I have signed up for their service. One in particular website is MailChimp (email marketing software). I have signed up, activated my account but when I try and log in using my username and password, it keeps taking me back to the log in page!!
I have experienced this on a few other websites too, where you are required to enter your login details…..it’s so frustrating.
I currently run Google Chrome, and have tried both IE and Firefox, but still I cannot log in! Funnily enough, I can log in on my iPhone!!
I know it’s something to do with my laptop, so any help would be appreciated. I have turned Windows Firewall off and use Zone Alarm instead, which I believe is much better.
Any help would be gratefully received!
