Best Autoresponder Reviews

I just started a blog (wordpress) and am a bit new to all the ways someone can stay in touch when they want to follow you.
I figured out the RSS thing. Got that.
However, what I want to know is with regards to keeping people updated by email (those that signed up to my newsletter and I have collected their email address). I use an auto-responder (www.getresponse.com) to send out occasional letters to this list. That is fine. But, how do I send blog updates my email automatically?
I mean, I can write a blog update and then go and copy that in a newsletter form in my auto-responder account and then send it my mailing list. But, is there anyway that I can make the process automatic? As soon as I publish a new entry that my mailing list will receive the post by email?
